Buying a home abroad is probably as easy as it sounds but the chances are that properties viewed today on the net, will already have been sold in the domestic market. Our belief is that the best way to make a decision when buying a property abroad is by taking the time to view it yourself.
What is the solution?
We invite you to participate at your earliest convenience in one of our 3day inspection tours, where your trip dates are purely at your own discretion.
Get a feeling of the environment and the property before you decide to buy it.
Premierdom sales representatives always escort each one of you on guided tours to make your time both an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
Mind you these are not your conventional Holiday tours. It is an intense 3 days of serious house hunting:
- First day - property inspections
- Second day - meetings with solicitors and contract preparation.
- Third day -signing of contract.
It is our aim to find you the property you want and not what we want you to buy.
You will have to pay for your expenses (accommodation and airfares) and when you purchase a property the money will be reimbursed to you.
